What you'll do
“Chateau Ateni'' is located in the village of Ateni, Gori Municipality. The chateau produces: four types of wine - Atenuri, Chinuri, Tavkveri, Khidistauri; two types of sparkling wine - Athena and Elizabeth; three types of Chacha - classic, aged in oak barrels and on tarragon. The hosts will tell you the history of wine production in the cellar and in an open tasting space. Masterclasses are held and Georgian tables are set here.
The cellar offers visitors wine tasting, an excursion to the vineyard, introduction to the wine production process and involvement in master classes in traditional Georgian cuisine.
