Those who like beer will be able to taste beer made in a wine jar in Aspindza. There are two types of beer in the cellar - light and dark beers, the main raw materials of which are malt, hops, water and yeast. The dark unfiltered beer is called "Oktoberfest", for making of which three types of malt are used. The light beer is made of four types of malt. The alcohol content of both dark and light beers is about 4.5%. There is a beer tasting corner in the style of a Meskhetian oda, a bar and a Meskhetian bakery in the yard. In addition to tasting beer, here, if desired, you can also participate in Meskhetian culinary master classes.
Guests will learn from the host about the interesting technology of making beer in a wine jar, visit the cellar, taste different types of beer, participate in master classes held in an open tasting space, and bake malt bread in the bakery.
