Chez Yvette B&B is located in Garni, a major historical village in  Kotayk Region  of Armenia, in Azat River valley.

The B&B offers accommodation and meals. It has a 3000m² space with a swimming pool, (90 to 180 m depth) equipped with a separate filtration system.

There is a 3000m² orchard with plum, apricot, apple trees. The guests are offered ecologically clean agricultural products, including fruits, dried fruit, preserves, etc.

The guesthouse has 7 bedrooms. The guesthouse has one big living room with an imposing fireplace and long table, a dining room with a kitchen. The house is fully renovated. All the floors are heated. Two 300L solar water heaters are installed. The place is vegetarian-friendly.

Outside there is a wooden gazebo accommodating 32 people. There is second outdoor facility which can accommodate up to 44 people.

The Barbecue conveniences: an oven, tonir (tandoor) are also part of the facility. The place has a cozy small playground for children.
